((This is Missing, a roleplay which focuses around Sandstar's disappearance from the clans. You will be playing as your Clan character, and this will be slightly more managed than Casual BookClan. Since this is a mystery roleplay, there must be consistent communication between the GM and the players; in this case, I will be the GM. Basically, Sandstar's gone missing (nobody knows yet, unless you are in ThunderClan) and a group of cats decide to go looking for her. I will control NPCs. Please tell me where you are in your post!)) WindClan Camp
Sorrelpaw padded the ground excitedly. It was his first gathering! I can't wait to see Sandstar, and Heatherpaw, and... Sorrelpaw shook his head, his face burning slightly.
Birdstar looked over the group of cats, nodding. "Are we ready to go?"

Skypaw searched for her friend, Sorrelpaw among the cats who were travelling to the gathering. "Sorrelpaw! Sorrelpaw- OMMPH!" Skypaw yowled as she bumped into Sorrelpaw, "Sorry! Anyway, I'm sooooooooo excited for our first gathering!!!!!!!" Skypaw walked beside Sorrelpaw as Birdstar lead WindClan. "Do you think you'll meet Sandstar again?" Skypaw asked, "Afterall, she did save your life when you were a kit. Well, that's what I heard."

Sorrelpaw blushed. "You know about that?" Shaking his head, he continued. "Yeah, I'm hoping to see her again. I haven't seen her in a while."
Daisypaw appeared from the group of gathering cats, nudging Sorrelpaw. "Heyy Sorrelpaw. You excited to meet Heatherpaw again?" Daisypaw winked at Sorrelpaw.
Sorrelpaw hissed, his blush intensifying. "Shut up Daisypaw!"
Daisypaw let out a mrrow of amusement. "Okay, okay."

They arrived at the Gathering after a not really treacherous walk. "Let's find a place to sit down!" Skypaw meowed to her friends, soon finding the perfect place to settle down. "Hmmm... I don't see Sandstar." Skypaw scanned the crowds of cats that gathered at the island.

"Hopefully," Sorrelpaw added, pawing the ground anxiously. What if something bad happened to Sandstar?
As soon as he thought that, Firefoot, Sandstar's deputy, stood up on the branch where Sandstar would probably sit and called. "I've got some very important news to announce regarding Sandstar's absence."
As soon as Sorrelpaw heard "Sandstar", his attention snapped towards Firefoot. Oh StarClan, I hope she's okay...
Firefoot looked at the other leaders before continuing. "As you may have noticed, Sandstar is...not attending this gathering." She looked around frantically. "I hate to inform you, but...she's gone missing."
Sorrelpaw felt like everything he ever knew was shattered. M-missing?! But...but...
Gasps and murmurs rose from the crowd. Greenstar stood up. "Are you sure you're not just saying that and that you've probably hid her body somewhere?"
Firefoot drooped her ears, but didn't react. Instead, she stood firm. Hollystar stood up. "You're always so grudgy, Greenstar. Sandstar trusts her; there's no way she could have killed her."
Greenstar seemed about to retaliate, but Hollystar shot him a glare, and he sat back down, a scowl remaining on his face.
"Well, other than that, nothing bad has really happened lately. The prey's running well and I think we're prepared for leaf-bare." With that, she sat back down.

Skypaw gasped, "What?! Sandstar can't just disappear like that!?!" She yowled as the other clan stared at her. Skypaw looked to her paws and sat back down in embarrassment. "Hehe... Oopps..." Skypaw's gaze drifted to Sorrelpaw, his gaze dropping to the ground. Skypaw felt sorry for him, it was his first gathering and Snadstar wasn't there, that and she herself had embarrassed herself in front of all the clans.

((inb4 snadstar comes to save the day))
As the other leaders spoke their news, Sorrelpaw kept his gaze fixed on the ground. When the gathering finished, Daisypaw's face had a frown plastered on it. Emberpaw?...her face was like she had just witnessed someone die.
"Sorrelpaw?..." Emberpaw nudged her friend, pulling him out of his stupor. "The gathering's finished. Come on, let's go..."
Sorrelpaw followed behind Emberpaw, staying close.

Skypaw wanted to try to make Sorrelpaw feel better about Sandstar. She smoothed his neck fur as they traveled back to camp. "There surely must be something we can do to kelp find Sandstar." Skypaw meowed, then an idea hit. "We should go to ThunderClan camp! We'll ask Firefoot if we can help! Although we'll miss out on training day D:"

"I'm sure that Birdstar would allow us if we ask with permission." Skypaw assured as they arrived at camp. They crept into the apprentice's den and settled on their mossy beds. "We'll ask her tomorrow."

Sorrelpaw blinked his eyes open, letting out a small yawn. "I'm still not sure we should be doing this..."
As he stood up, he looked to Daisypaw's nest. "Daisypaw's not here, so...let's get Emberpaw." He walked over to the ginger cat and prodded her. She woke with a blink, looking to Skypaw, and then smiled gleefully.
"C'mon! Let's go!" she said excitedly, prancing out of the den. Sorrelpaw face-pawed, following her out.

They crawled out of the Apprentice's Den, heading towards Birdstar's den as they passed the Fresh-kill pile. Skypaw hadn't realized how hungry she was. "Can we have breakfast first? I'm starving!" She asked, eyeing a sparrow that seemed delicious and juicy.
Jayflight couldn't sleep. It wasn't just that Flintfoot, was giving the apprentices nighttime, but the mysterious dissperance of the Thunderclan leader deeply unsettled him. He stood up and tiptoed through the warrior's den. He slipped out of camp and raced through the pine woods. For Jayflight, the smell of fresh pine needles and the night air, was the best scent in the world. He raced through the forest and launched himself up the tallest tree. It was an uncanny ability he possed, he could climb trees faster than any Thunderclan cat. He perched himself in a branch where the tree bent beneath his weight, and gazed out across the silent lake.
NOTE TO HAZELFERN: It's morning.

Although Skypaw's belly was roaring like the whole of LionClan, she pushed the thought aside. She sighed, "You're right, Kits and Elders always eat first."

As Sorrelpaw, Emberpaw and Skypaw entered Birdstar's den, she looked over to them. "Yes? What is it you need?"
Sorrelpaw was about to speak, but Emberpaw beat him to it. "We want to help find Sandstar!"
Birdstar stared, then shook her head. "I'm sorry, but I can't let you do that. Sandstar is ThunderClan's leader, and they should be dealing with the problem. Plus, it would show disloyalty to your Clan."
"But-" Sorrelpaw was about to blurt out their reasons, but a flick of Birdstar's ears silenced him.
"I know how you and Emberpaw feel, Sorrelpaw, but I'm sorry," Birdstar sighed, "Unless StarClan themselves give you permission, I'm not letting you go."
Sorrelpaw and Emberpaw's ears drooped, and they let themselves out of Birdstar's den.
"I told you she wouldn't let us," Sorrelpaw quipped.
