Tuxcreeper3 joined the game
Tuxcreeper3 looked around, nothing but plains and dots of trees placed in the middle of nowhere.
Hmmm... I wonder I there are any other Minecraftians on this world...

Syntax paused, waiting for her head to clear up. Every time she entered a world, her thoughts ran rampant with strange mutterings and incantations, including visions of strange things, but it's happened so many times now that she pays them no heed. As her vision cleared, she stared up at the sun, noting the time.
Sunrise, she thought. This must be a new world.
She looked around, landing her eyes on a girl not so far from her location. Blinking, she walked towards them. "Hey. Do you know how long this world's been?"

"Not sure. I just joined." Tuxcreeper3 simply replied "We should gather some supplies first before night falls. I wonder if we're the only ones."
She headed over to the nearest tree, starting to punch it with her bare hands.

Syntax watched as the girl walked away, and sighed.
Walking over to a tree of her own, she crouched down at the foot of it, and knocked on it a few times, weakening the tree. Satisfied, she stood back up and, raising her leg...
"HiiYA!" she yelled, slamming her foot onto the base of the tree. The block she tapped instantly exploded and dropped a log. The rest of the tree, however, fell down with a big 'thud' onto the grass, and then toppled over, exploding into the same small log that had dropped before.
Satisfied, she picked up the logs and anything from the decaying leaves, and pulled out her grid.
Now, us Minecraftians have this wooden, 2x2 grid that allows us to specially craft certain objects. Normally, you're taught the most basic recipes at kindergarten and then more complicated ones at high school, just in case you're caught in a survival situation. Grids work in a strange way that allow us to place items in certain places and it'll magically appear on a little side square that's adjacent to the ordinary grid that slides out with the new item. Nobody knows how they work.
She set the logs into the top left corner, retrieving the newly crafted planks, and then set one plank in the left half of the grid and two planks in the right half. Then, she crafted both a crafting table and four sticks.
She placed down the crafting table almost instantly after crafting it, and examined the upgraded grid printed on top. Apparently, the crafting table only works if you made it with a grid, and they're usable by anyone. Kinda strange.
She swiped across the top row with wooden planks, and then placed the required two sticks under it, grabbing the tool that now found itself on top of the table. Perching it on her shoulder, she began to dig the dirt with her hand to get to the stone.

Tuxcreeper took some time and collected altogether 10 wood logs (yea... I'm not much of a wood collector). She walked over to Syntax.
"Sooooooo... Ummm... Where do you come from...?" Tuxcreeper yelled down the hole she was digging (Diggy Diggy hole!), as she went in to her 2x2 grid and made 40 wooden planks. She plonked the wood around the area, the wood barely enough for a cramped shelter.

Syntax looked up from her hole. "I'm from World 7."
Looking back down, she continued her descent, lifting her wooden pickaxe and starting to mine the stone.

"I'm from World 11 (haha... Seven eleven)" Tuxcreeper replied. She punched a hole in the ceiling and gazed up. Magenta skies covered the atmosphere, the sunset tinting the clouds a smooth orange.
"Night is falling." She said as she crafted herself a pickaxe and followed Syntax down the hole. "Have you found any iron or coal or a mineshaft yet?" Tuxcreeper decided to start another mining strip on the right, hacking at the stone. Cobblestone fell on the cold hard ground and magically sucked into Tuxcreeper's inventory.

"Yep!" Tuxcreeper flew out of her mining vein and plonked the crafting bench in front of her, immediately creating a stone pick and passing one to Syntax. "Here ya go!"
With her own stone pickaxe, Tuxcreeper continued mining. After a couple blocks or so she stopped.
"Do you have any torches on you? It's getting REALLY dark here. I'm a bit scared..."

"I've got coal if that counts!" Syntax yelled, pulling out her grid and using her remaining sticks to make eight torches and throwing them over to Tux, "There ya go!"
With that, she brought out her new stone pickaxe and started mining the iron. The yield was about 7 blocks.

"I see that you have gathered some iron!" Tuxcreeper said "Let's return to the surface. It's probably morning already."
They headed back up, climbing the tiresome steps of the mine.
Tuxcreeper made a furnace and plonked it next to the crafting table.

Pineapple_boss joined the game "Hm, interesting world. Better get some supplies." Pineapple_boss was just about to throw the pig at the tree when she noticed 2 other minecraftians. "Hey you two! May I join your... group?" (Hey guys plz post pics of what your characters look like. It will b appreciated.)

Pineapple_boss was still looking at the other two players when she noticed that night had fallen. And she was surrounded by mobs.
"OH GOSH! I thought that this world was on peaceful mode!" She cried, and - without thinking - jumped down the hole.

"Oh shoot," Syntax sighed, "Yes, let's go help." As soon as she said that, she saw the player tumble down the hole, and groaned. Now the mobs will be attracted to our hole... she thought, and without a second glance, dragged the player further down. "Cover up the hole!" she shouted. ((Also, since I haven't done it yet: )) |

"OK, OK. But what do I do? I'll give you a tip. There's a glitch where you can throw blocks at mobs and they will take damage. It always works with mobs except for endermen. Sometimes they won't take damage. OMG! START THROWING THE BLOCKS ALREADY!!!"

"Glitch? Glitches are in games, not reality!" Syntax yelled. She saw Tux tumble down, and, with no time to react, tumbled down with her, taking Pineapple down as well.
"Damn you!" she yelled over, pulling herself out of the pile. With a swift action, she placed Cobblestone over the hole, stopping the monsters from approaching. She sighed. "You two need to be more careful next time."
